About Influitive:

Influitive is a B2B customer advocacy and engagement platform that helps businesses build and nurture customer relationships through advocacy programs. It provides a platform for companies to engage with their customers, encourage them to become advocates, and leverage their positive experiences to drive referrals, testimonials, and other forms of advocacy.

 
 

My role:

  • Conducted user research to identify problems with the existing product by administering surveys, user interviews, contextual inquiries, facilitating focus group discussions and analyzing customer data.

  • Created low & mid-fidelity wireframes to communicate and iterate design proposals to internal stakeholders and key customers.

  • Created and led presentations for internal and external stakeholders throughout the life cycle of each task-flow redesign.

  • Created, delivered, and communicated high-fidelity designs to the development team.

  • Conducted product audits to ensure designs functioned as intended and communicated results with the development team as needed.

  • Built relationships with clients and facilitated user testing sessions throughout the design life cycle of each task flow.

  • Worked with Influitive business clients to develop branding pages for their advocacy platform.

  • Worked with the Product team and to help transfer their original UI to Material Design.

My projects:

I provided Product Design services over a 4-month contract duration to help the Influitive Product team make legacy UX improvements. I also helped with their product redesign initiative leveraging Material Design.
