About Maropost:

Maropost is a SaaS marketing tool that enables marketers to advantageously engage with their audience through a variety of marketing channels. The main users of Maropost are digital marketers who create, send and analyze campaigns.

My role:

• Conducted user research to identify problems with the existing product by administering surveys, user interviews, contextual inquiries, facilitating focus group discussions and analyzing customer data.

• Created low & mid-fidelity wireframes to communicate and iterate design proposals to internal stakeholders and key customers.

• Created and led presentations for internal and external stakeholders throughout the life cycle of each task-flow redesign.

• Created, delivered, and communicated high-fidelity designs to the development team.

• Conducted daily product audits in UAT environment to ensure designs were functioning as intended and communicated results with development team as needed.

• Facilitated moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions throughout the life cycle of each task flow.

• Spearheaded the creation of the Maropost Design System in collaboration with the UX Manager.

• Maintained and managed the team’s internal style guide using Sketch.

• Created responsive page templates for the development team.

• Worked with copywriter to help communicate product changes to Maropost customers through news releases and help centre articles.

• Worked with graphic designer to ensure proposed illustrations were congruent with the Maropost product team’s redesign vision.

My projects:

I provided UX and UI design services over a 6-month duration to help the Maropost team launch their product redesign initiative. Multiple user task-flows were redesigned within the product in 4 agile design sprints leveraging Material Design.
